Returns Policy

Our returns policy offers a validity window of 1-3 weeks from date of receipt. On expiry of the duration, returns would be null and void. If 21 Days have passed since your purchase, the purchase no longer qualify for return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In such scarce situations you qualify for exchange for the same item. In the unlikely event of discontinued item line, you qualify for selection of a cost equivalent item in stock. send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to our Physical Address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request (Your request would not be unreasonably rejected).

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and delivered or shipped to you within the applicable duration of transfer to you.

Delivery returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our Physical Address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for replacement, the cost of return delivery will be born by us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our Physical Address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for replacement, the cost of return Shipping will be born by us.
